Terms and Conditions

 For Tutor

1. For Singapore citizen and Permanent Residence Only.
2. Be above 18 years of age and with minimum qualifications of ‘O’ levels.
3. To complete the application form accurately and truthfully.
4. Registration is solely free of charge.
5. Production of the necessary documents upon request so as to certify qualifications and eligibility status.
6. Be patient and teach the student and be punctual for every lesson.
7. Be aware that a 50% commission will be absorbed by the agency for the first month of the assignment.
8. Tutors are to accept the assignment only if confident to do so;
9. Cancellation of tuition assignment must be at least 24 hours in advance from the date and time of the tuition assignment agreed.
10. Once accept the assignment, failure to turn up for the first lesson without 24 hours prior notice will result in a compensation of $20.
11. MUST commit to the tuition assignment for at least one month, otherwise an administration fee of S$50 will be imposed.
12. In the case whereby tutor is found to deceive the agency of cancellation of assignment, legal action will be taken against tutor.
13. We endeavor to offer our best in our tuition and educational services. However, we will not be held liable nor responsible for civil proceedings and/or criminal prosecution on any acts of dishonesty, misconduct, and/or misdeeds on part of the tutors that may cause any inconveniences, disturbances, offences and/or any actions on part of the tutors.
14. The Agency reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the terms and conditions at anytime without notice.

 For Student

1. To register, students MUST reside in Singapore.
2. To complete the student registration form accurately so as for us to process your application efficiently.
3. Student’s information will be deemed as private and confidential by the company.
4. In any case where the parents are not satisfied with the tutor, he/she can request for a change of tutor. However, parents will be required to pay the pro-rated tuition fees based on the number of lessons conducted. 50% to the agency and 50% to the tutor.
5. The same applies for the termination of tuition assignment by the parents.

Example: Tuition fees for 8 lessons = S$300. Upon cancellation of premature contract after 4 lessons, parents will have to pay the agency S$75 and the tutor S$75. (i.e. S$37.50 per lesson.)

6. Please note that for the first month of assignment, a 50% commission will be made payable to the agency. Thereafter, payments will be made to the tutor directly.
7. Collection of commission: For Cash payment, our representative will be sent to collect payment. For our client’s convenience, we also provide Internet Banking. For any enquires, do not hesitate to contact us.
8. Our tutors will be required to be punctual for all lessons and inform you of any delay. Should any problem arise with tutor’s punctuality and attendance, please feel free to let us know.
